Can I register both as an advertiser and a newsletter owner?
When you register as an Advertiser you do not have the functionality to submit newsletter listings.
Registering as a Newsletter Owner allows you to submit an unlimited number of listings and does not impact your ability to directly message other newsletters on our marketplace. We understand that advertising on other similar newsletters is a great way to increase your reach.
If you make a mistake at sign up or later decide to change your mind, you can easily switch between the two account types. Do this by clicking your profile, going to Account Details, and then clicking the button underneath Account type to switch between Newsletter Owner and Advertiser.
How can I make my newsletter a ‘Promoted Newsletter’?
Once you have added your newsletter and it is approved, you can go to the My Listings tab from your profile and click on the promote button on the newsletter you want to promote. This will guarantee that your newsletter will be on the homepage in the featured spotlight section and on the top of all search results.

How do I enable ‘Instant Booking’ for my newsletter?
You can enable ‘Instant Booking,’ while signing up or on the settings of an existing newsletter.
How do I promote my newsletter on Letterwell?
To add your newsletter to Letterwell, simply click the ‘Add Newsletter’ button at the top of the website.
Then select whether you would like either a ‘Free’ or ‘Verified’ listing. A comparison of each can be found here. If you haven’t already made an account, you will then be prompted to do so and then log in.
After this, you will be required to complete a series of questions regarding your newsletter. Please answer as many questions as possible. Not only does this make it more likely for your newsletter to be accepted on the Letterwell platform, but it also improves your chances of being contacted by advertisers.
Once completed, Letterwell will aim to provide you with a decision within 24 hours.
How long will it take for my newsletter to appear on Letterwell?
Letterwell aims to approve any newsletter listing request within 24 hours. If you have not received any decision or reply after 24 hours, please contact us.
How much does it cost to post my newsletter on Letterwell?
Provided your newsletter is accepted by our team, it is completely free to post your newsletter on Letterwell. However, we do offer verified listings for $49.
Letterwell also provides two options for paid promotions of your newsletter. These options are the ‘Pro’ plan priced at $19 and the ‘Premium’ plan priced at $29.
Finally, ‘Instant Bookings’ (bookings made directly through the Letterwell platform) will incur a 10% platform fee.
What is ‘Instant Booking,’ and how does it work?
‘Instant Booking’ allows advertisers to purchase an ad campaign in a newsletter for a fee set by you, the newsletter owner. This has many benefits, including a more streamlined and direct process, avoiding the hassle of negotiations, and protected transactions. We will only release payment once the conditions of the agreement are met.
Any ‘Instant Bookings’ incur a 10% platform fee for advertisers and 25% for newsletters.
Why has my newsletter listing not been approved?
Newsletters may not be approved for several reasons, such as incomplete information or a lack of evidence uploaded for the number of subscribers/Open Rate/Click Through Rate.
Please try and include as much information as possible when you submit your listings. Many of the optional fields in the submission form boost your search ranking and visibility in the marketplace.
